A background to the history and recordkeeping of the Royal Commission on Intelligence and Security (1974–77), also known as the Hope Royal Commission. Dr Jim Stokes of the National Archives of Australia presented this talk on the occasion of the public release of records of the Royal Commission on Intelligence and Security (RCIS).
